I Am A 33 Year Old Male And Suddenly Developed

I am a 33 year old male and suddenly developed Type1 diabetes last year.
I recently had my lab work done, including urine analysis. My CK count was very high!
Two items that I did in the past week before the lab work:
1) I recently used herbicides liberally in the backyard.
2) I also returned to my intense weightlifting routine the week before the lab work. After the workout in the evening, my blood sugar levels had bottomed out by the next morning. a)Should I be very worried about the high CK count. I have an appointment to see a specialist in a month or so. b) Is that soon enough?
