I Am A 33 Yo Female With Graves Disease And

I am a 33 yo female with Graves disease and celiac disease. I've had a history of proteinuria over the last year, an ultrasound found a slightly enlarged right kidney three months ago, and in a blood test two weeks ago my creatinine was 1.17, and my GFR was 61. I've had a fever of 100° daily for 3 months. My nurse practitioner did not seem concerned, and said a recheck in 90 days would suffice; however with my history, I fear some flags may be raised...should I take any further action?
