I am a 33yr old female and have had a lump behind my ear for a couple of months, which is now causing a numb and blocked feeling on that side of my head and in my ear and feels like it is pressing on my nerves. Doctor has advised it is harmless and is a calcium deposit lump.

What causes this and what can I do to help please?
