I Am A 34 Year Old Female. My Iron Is

I am a 34 year old female. My iron is typically low and I take iron pill. I have had several transfusions in the past and sometimes have clotting. At night my fingers go numb and tingle and my one of my ankles and foot is always swollen and sore. have been tested for diabetes and thyroid but no issues there.
