I Am A 34 Year Old Female Who Has Had

I am a 34 year old female who has had a lot of abdominal surgery. The hysterectomy I had, I hemorrhaged losing 10 pints of blood to a hematoma in my stomach when given torridall after surgery. I had 2surgeries before that and three after that. in 2013 my ovary ruptured and that surgery they discovered metal clips that were left in my abdomen and they had to remove and drain my abdomen. Now I have a Small Bowel Obstruction, extreme pain, vomiting( sometimes blood), fever, bloody stools. I was referred to a surgeon and we are doing a laparoscopy to remove the obstruction and remove the adhesions that are causing them. How successful are these surgeries??Is this something that can be fixed and for how long??
