I Am A 34 Year Old Male, 508 And Weigh

I am a 34 year old male, 508 and weigh approx 180 lbs. I have no known health issues as of my last physical and maintain a relatively healthy life style. Recently while going to the bathroom i have noticed a clear, gel like substance in my urine. The substance is also sticky, almost semen like. This only happens while emptying my bowels. There is no pain associated with this.
