I am a 34-year-old male must swelling is between my knee and my 8 inch boots I am on my feet 50 to 55 hours a week with only About a 30 minute lunch break all my blood work comes back good I'm about 6 foot one 350 pounds my lower back above my right buttocks has been hurting for about a year the pain comes and goes but usually hurts constantly the swelling is mostly in my Shins the swelling goes away slowly after I get off of my feet and my boots and socks off is this something that I need to be worried about or could it just be fluid retention
