I Am A 34 Yo Male. No Significant Past Medical

I am a 34 yo male. No significant past medical history. I don't take any medications or do drugs. For the past 8 days I have had fevers, chills, body aches and left sided, back of head headaches that occur multiple times per minute and last a few seconds. They are "paralyzing." I was seen today at an urgent care and diagnosed with a viral infection. I am able to function during the day only if I take 800mg of ibuprofen and 1000mg of Tylenol. Do you think this really is a viral infection?
