I Am A 34 Yr Old Female. I Have A

I am a 34 yr old Female. I have a funny pain when i swallow not a sore throat but weird pain in my neck around my lymphnodes my lymphnodes are very swollen and adams apple, feels like something is stuck and pops every now and then, my neck feels swollen and very stuff ive had pains when I breathe and it is stiff all the way into my back and shoulder blades, the pain is all through out that area as well. I have no energy i feel completely run down and just do not feel well at all.
