I Am A 35 Year Old Female With Type 2

I am a 35 year old female with type 2 diabetes, CML, and fibromyalgia. There are times that my husband says I seem drunk or high on something. He says I slur my speech, talk fast, and just seem out of it. I do not drink alcohol, use illegal drugs, or take any medications that would cause this. What could it be?
