I Am A 35 Yo Female. I Have Had Pain

I am a 35 yo female. I have had pain in my lower abdomen whenever I sneeze especially if lying down occasionally when I cough. This has been for most of my life. I thought it was normal my friends tell me it's not. It has been getting worse. I was diagnosed with ic last year. Is this another symptom? Should I be worried?
