I Am A 36 Year Old Female In The Armed

I am a 36 year old female in the Armed Services. I am having heart palpitations (x7 days), pressure in my chest (increased today) and a cough (started today). I saw my PCM last week and he referred me to Cardiology. I am not certain if my my cough and chest are a symptom of a cold (had one that was getting better) or something else.
