I Am A 36 Year Old Overweight Male. Never Smoked

I am a 36 year old overweight male. Never smoked or drank. Work a very physical job and doctor told me 3 weeks ago I was "fat fit" blood work good, blood pressure perfect, sugar good ect. Ect. For the last 10 days or so I have had a feeling of a lump in my throat on the right side of Adams apple. Doesn't really hurt just irritating. Comes and goes, nonexistent in mornings worsens through the day. Any ideas?
