I Am A 37 Year Old Female. Fairly Healthy But

I am a 37 year old female. Fairly healthy but am overweight... BP, glucose, cholesterol have always been normal however i have not had them checked in a few months. Current condition is mild hypothyroidism and low vitamin D. Previous health condition is malignant melanoma....to my question, for the past few months i have had aching in my thighs and hips....not a sharp pain, just a dull ache. Getting up from a sitting position, walking up stairs I can feel the ache more. Recently my face is always flushed and oily. And as of this month i did get my menstrual period....I am just over a week late. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests, both negative. My cycle has always been 28 days, never a missed period. Could this be hormonal? What are your thoughts?
