I Am A 37 Year Old Female, I Have 3

I am a 37 year old female, I have 3 kids and work part time. I have developed a spasm in my lower right eye and upper forehead. I have had it for about 2 weeks and it's starting to annoy me. I thought it was just me being tired and stressed but I'm not sure now?!
