I Am A 37 Year Old Female That Is Wondering

I am a 37 year old female that is wondering if I'm in perimenopause. I have been having hot flashes and night sweats. I haven't had a period in like 4 months but before that I had my last year for about 30 days or so. I had an abortion last year and was on birth control pills. Just wondering.
