I Am A 37 Yr Old Male Who Is Having

I am a 37 yr old male who is having some sharp pains in my left testicle that will last for 3 days to a week. Than will go without any pain for a week or up to 3 months. Also problems with urinating. I will get the urge to urinate immediately and if I don't pinch the head of my penis and get to the restroom ASAP than I will pee myself. Also problems with erections... Lasting only seconds to a couple minutes and I have NEVER had that problem before. Thank you.
