I Am A 38 Year Old Male And I Have

I am a 38 year old male and I have recently had some intermittent swelling, it seems very unusual and it always goes away but it's very inconvenient and a little concerning it ha been in my cheek at the jawline and the same basically at my front lower lip but the more concerning is the skin around the shift of my penis has gotten kinda puffy , any thoughts on what might cause those areas to do so ? None of which happened at the same time but feel similar
