I Am A 39 Year Old Female With Pain And

I am a 39 year old female with pain and or pressure in my left upper quadrant. Also have been having swelling in my ankles, more so in my left. The chest pain is more like something taking up space and is constant now for over 6 months. I had an ultrasound but they were looking on the right side?? I have gained weight and walking up to flights of stairs makes me short of breath.
