I Am A 39year Old Female.I Ahev High Blood Pressure

I am a 39year old female.I ahev high blood pressure that is now under control. I take omeporzale for acid reflux.Sometimes I suffer from anxiety but not like I use too.I work a 9 to 5 and stand on my feet all day as a customer service manager.I must recently start having sharpneedle like chest pain that is located on the left side of my chest around or in the heart area and moves to the lower right side above the rib area.It moves down the left arm and across my back.It last for about 10 minutes max and goes away and then it starts up again about 1hr or so later.I take a aspirin 325 mg so the pain can go away so etimes I think it works but I think it's a mental thing..Is there anyway that I can be sure to know that this is not a heart attack...heart disease..or conj heart failure..I am afraid. My mom died at age 49 from a massive stroke and I leave in fear that I will go the same way...is there any one that can give me answers...I feel as if I cannot get far with my family doctor and cannot get a referral to someone that can ....PLEASE HELP ME..I AM A MOM OF 8AND I DON'T WANNA LEAVE THEM BEHIND...P.S..Why do my muscle tweetch in my heart area during and area the sharp pain.
