I Am A 40 Yr. Old Male, 185 Lbs. Right

I am a 40 Yr. old male, 185 lbs. Right where my left thigh meets my pubic bone, in the crease, there is a "lump" of some kind under my skin. It does not stick out, but I can feel it with a very slight amount of pressure. It feels like it is about 1 inch long x about a half inch wide. It is very tender to the touch.
