I Am A 40 Year Old Male. I Have Had

I am a 40 year old male. I have had three risky sexual encounters recently.

The first was in December 2015, when i had unprotected oral sex and protected sex with a sw. There were no issues that i observed after this incident.

I then again had unprotected oral sex and protected sex twice on 13 feb 16. About five-six days days after that i started developing painful urination. once i also noticed some discharge, which was whitish (seemed to be clear with whitish spots in it). though i may have had it more times, i am not sure i noticed it.

On 27 feb, i had 1g of azithromycin and 400g of cefixime. The symptoms reduced after that, though mild pain persisted.
i did an STD panel test on 05 mar, the results were as follows:-
(a) CHLAMYDIA TRACHOMATIS IgG ANTIBODY,(serum) EIA - Result - 0.86 (Equivocal), Index<0.8
(b) VDRL (RPR), SERUM (Slide flocculation) - result - Non reactive
(c) HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV) 1 + 2 IgM, SERUM (CLIA) Result - 1.12 (Positive), Index <0.9
(d) HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV) 1 + 2 IgG, SERUM(CLIA) Result - <0.5 (Negative), Index<0.9
(e) TPHA; TREPONEMA PALLIDUM HEMAGGLUTINATION,SERUM (Agglutination) - Result - Negative
(f) HIV 1 & 2 ANTIBODIES SCREENING TEST, SERUM HIV 1 / 2 & P 24 COMBO TEST (CMIA) Result - Index value 0.1 Non Reactive
(g) Urine examination - Result - Normal

Since gonorrhea was not included in the above, did the following tests on 07 Mar:-
(a) GRAM STAIN SPECIMEN SOURCE URINE METHOD : MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION Results - PUS
CELLS-:FEW, NO ORGANISM SEEN.
(b) NEISSERIA GONORRHOEAE DNA PCR - Result - Not detected

Thereafter, knowing that IgM test may not be accurate, i repeated the tests again, along with follow up on Chly and Gono with the following results:-
(a) NEISSERIA GONORRHOEAE PCR, QUALITATIVE @ # (Real Time PCR) - Result - negative
(b) CHLAMYDIA TRACHOMATIS, PCR QUALITATIVE @ # (Real Time PCR) - Result - negative
(c) HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV) 2 IgG, SERUM @ (EIA) Result - 0.30, Index <0.80
(d) HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS (HSV) 1 IgG, SERUM @ (EIA) Result - 0.10, Index <0.80

Presently, i have the following symptoms:-
(a) occasional mild pain in urination, primarily at the tip
(b) at times discomfort while urinating
(c) though i have not seen it, at times my underwear seems to have some signs of white/transparent discharge.
(d) mild pain in my joints. it started with the left hand finger next to the little one about a month ago, thereafter since last week, have a feeling of mild pain, stiffness and feeling of swelling in my hands and feet. the most pain is still in that one finger.

My request:-
(a) Can you please check the test results and interpret the same for me?
(b) were the windows for testing ok?
(c) am i still suffering from something that i need to check out?
(d) what do my present symptoms indicate?
(e) any other inputs that you may pls give...
