I Am A 40 Year Old Woman And Since The

I am a 40 year old woman and since the first week of August I have been having I guess hot flashes from head to toe started off 3 to 4 times a day it is up to anywhere from 10 to 20 times a day 2 - 4 times every hour
I'm going crazy and I don't know what to do can you please suggest what I need to do.
