I Am A 40 Yr Old MALE, 6'2" 298lbs. Heart

I am a 40 yr old mALE, 6'2" 298lbs. heart cath came back normal, but my blood pressure keeps getting elevated - off and on, feel tightening in my chest at times and also fluterring in my chest, pain behind back left shoulder, also iron level is extremely low - anemic low. What could be causing all of this?
