I Am A 40y.o. Man With No Medical Problems. I

I am a 40y.o. man with no medical problems. I have been having a burning sensation in my penis for 5 days. I also feel a "pinching" type pain behind the head of my penis. These symptoms are exacerbated by urinating. I have no sores on my penis and no discharge. My urethra also looks normal. I went to an urgent care and my UA was normal. About 8 years ago I had prostatitis, but this feels different.
