I Am A 41 Year Old Female. I Have Had

I am a 41 year old female. I have had severe pain in my left upper abdomen under ribs and under breast bone since January. Endoscopy/colonoscopy came back normal. Mrcp said negative,BUT they found 2mm cyst in tail of pancreas,and cyst on liver and kidney. The pain seems to be getting worse,especially after I eat.
