I Am A 41 Year Old Female In Good Health,

I am a 41 year old female in good health, according to my physician (recent EKG and blood work done) however the last week I have been experiencing sudden, non painful strong spasms just below my sternum. My family has a history of heart and stomach related illness. Just seeking some clarification.
