I Am A 41 Year Old Female With Severe Dry

I am a 41 year old female with severe dry eye. I have been having vision changes every two months; currently now a 3 diopter myopic shift. I know this, because I am a NJ Optician. I have a drastic difference now of vision in my right eye compared to my left. It often causes me to be nauseous and dizzy. I have double vision. I currently wear a contact lens under my eyeglass prescription to accommodate the vision change until a doctor can figure out why such a change. With that combination, my best visual acuity is 20/60. I've been told that I have a start of a cataract, but not bad enough to warrant surgery. I have had standard blood tests for diabetes, thyroid, and all other autoimmune disorders (at least that is what I was told) and they all according to my regular doctor came back normal. I have been to 3 Optometrists, and 1 Ophthalmologist...none of them are helping me. What can I do now? I am at my wits end. I want to see. It is really uncomfortable to do daily tasks, and work.
