I Am A 42 Year Old Female. Had An MRI

I am a 42 year old female. Had an MRI 3 years ago showing a small lesion on my thyroid. no problems then. I am now having pain under my right arm and breast area, no lumps that I can feel. Also severe numbness and constant pain in right arm and hand below elbow. last couple of months a very dry mouth and scratchy throat. fatigue but cant sleep.
