I Am A 42 Year Old Female. I Have Been

I am a 42 year old female. I have been having issues with sleeping. I can go weeks with 3 hours of sleep. Last weekend I could not get out of bed and I do not want to eat. I have an upset stomach every time I eat and I will vomit a few times a week before going to work. The past two weeks I have been feeling light headed and my heart will start beating hard as if it is going to come threw my chest.
