I am a 42 yo female and had lost down from 243 to 160 in about 8 months' time; however, I have put about 40 of that back on. I can't seem to get more than about 4 hours sleep unless taking ambien (rare usage) but even then only about 6 hours of sleep. I have very little energy. I have a small nodule on my thyroid that is tested every year and so far is still showing as benign. My thyroid level has been checked a couple of times since there is a history of hypothyroidism in my family. Both times I was told the levels were fine. Suggestions?
