I Am A 42 Yo Male And I Had Right

I am a 42 yo male And I had right inguinal laproscopic hernia surgery repair with mesh 4 days ago. I have burning and severe numbness in my medial portion of my thigh, knee and gastroc since the surgery. I have a positive femoral stretch test on the right side. I also have a bubble looking area raised up to the right of my umbilicus. That won't go down with ice or heat it seems? When I pressed on it it seemed to irritate my burning and numbness. How can I fix this it is almost unbearable.
