I Am A 43 Year Old Female. I Have A

I am a 43 year old female. I have a history of irregular periods due to endometriosis and recurring ovarian cysts; I have been hospitalized twice due to the severity of the ruptured cysts.
I hadn't had a period in over 4 months until Friday....the bleeding and cramping is the most severe I have ever experienced...usually after the first day, the bleeding lightens up....I am on day four and it is just as heavy now as it was on Friday...should I be concerned?
