I Am A 43 Year Old Male. For The Past

I am a 43 year old male. For the past few years I have frequent and sudden urination. About a year ago, I started to have to urinate after I ejaculate and now I have to also defecate after ejaculating. This is an immediate reaction. If I don't go right away I often go on myself. Any idea why this is would be helpful.
