I Am A 43 Year Old Male Who Has A

I am a 43 year old male who has a slight cold for the last week and about a week ago, I was taking shower when one of the fine streams of water perfectly penetrated my ear canal and caused a very sharp pain in my inner ear. For the next few days I experienced next to no discomfort except when having to blow my nose it causes increased pressure and makes it uncomfortable. On days 4,5,6 I was experiencing signs of minimal dried blood in my inner ear canal when cleaning them. Today there was no further signs of blood in my inner ear, however I am still experiencing discomfort when blowing my nose. I have no ringing in my ears at all and I am not experiencing problems with loud noises. My ear is not sensitive to touch, tug, or pull on. Can I expect this to continue to progress and get better on it's own, or would it be wise to see my local physician
