I Am A 43yr Old Female In Good Health (blood

I am a 43yr old female in good health (blood pressure controlled with medication). About 3 months ago I started to have consistent pain in upper part of my left arm. Then cramps in my left calf. Soon after I went to the ER for extreme pain and swelling in my right thigh. X-ray, ultrasound and MRI showed no blood clots just some swelling in right thigh. I was given steroids and told to take 200mg Aleve twice a day. My dr had blood work done and inflammation was a 2 so she wasn't concerned. Prescribed 500mg Aleve and scheduled a six month follow up. Since this incident I have had significant weight gain, continued pain in my left arm, plus pain in the joints in my legs. I am fatigued and have been trying to do light yoga and walking. When walking outside I feel like I'm on a treadmill on a 10 incline, my calfs kill.
