I Am A 44 Year Old Female. I Have Had

I am a 44 year old female. I have had 3 ear infections this year, back to back. I feel like I might have another one. I have ear pain, unsteady balance, no fever yet. I get at least three ear infections a year and I have had Bells Palsy from an ear infection. I have been to one ENT doctor, but wasn't satisfied with the results. Should I go to another ENT specialist?
