I Am A 44 Year Old Female In Good Health.

I am a 44 year old female in good health. I recently had an MRI of my right hip because of constant pain in my hip flexor. I had surgery five years ago for a labral tear in the same hip. The pain I'm experiencing now is very similar and constant. The MRI is unremarkable, noting heterogeneous bone marrow intensity signal. What does this mean?
