I Am A 44 Yr Old Female, I Work As

I am a 44 yr old female, I work as a CNA and am on my feet up to 13 hours a shift. About a month ago I must have hurt my knee pulling a patient up in bed. It feels like something is wrapped tightly around it , is swollen , has a firm lump above /right of my knee cap and I have almost no flexion without pain. If I sit without moving it I can barely stand when I try after longer than 10 minutes.
