I Am A 45-year-old Female. I Have Had Severe Fatigue

I am a 45-year-old female. I have had severe fatigue for last 6-12 months, apnea machine prescribed, still very tired. I can fall asleep or like black out at any given time during the day. In the last 2 months, I've had tingling in my hands and feet daily. Then 3 days ago, I got extremely dizzy, nauseous, severe headache that lasted over 24 hours, I lose balance easily and today have severe pains in my stomach area.. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
