I Am A 45 Year Old Female Mother Of Two

I am a 45 year old female mother of two who recently has been experiencing chest pain that last for short periods of time sometimes several days in a row off and on the pain is felt also into my right shoulder blade recent blood work only abnormal was my potassium at 3, and my pressure has been slightly elevated, I see a dr regularly for chronic migraine but haven't about this problem, is it my heart????
