I Am A 45 Year Old Woman. Had Normal Periods

I am a 45 year old woman. Had normal periods my whole life but the last 3 months have had extremely long and difficult periods, bleeding between periods and extremely emotional ups and down. I am exhausted and have increasing hip back and thigh pain from meralgia paresthectica. My mri hasn't changed to explain increase in pain. I had two paps with positive hpv which cleared on its own. The abnormal bleeding concerns me so much. I also had a foul vaginal discharge I thought was bv that cleared up. My doctor did lab work...thyroid and hormone levels. All normal but showed an elevated testosterone level. I am scheduled for an endometrial biopsy tomorrow. My question is this...can my thigh pain be a symptom of uterine cancer? Should I have an ex ray if my pelvis and hip as well?
