I am a 45 yr old African American female. Mother of 4. Ages ranging 28-6 yrs old. I have always had a regular 7 day consistent cycle. For the last 12 months I have experienced 7-9 dys spotting followed by 5-7 heavy flow followed by 2-4 dys of spotting. What could be causing this 1216 dys of bleeding.
