I Am A 45YOF Who Underwent CABG 5 Months Ago.

I am a 45YOF who underwent CABG 5 months ago. For the past week I've been complaining of left arm pain, chest pain, stomach and back pain. I had my first f/u appointment with my new cardiologist this past week. Due to my symptoms he performed an ekg and echo the same day and I am scheduled for a nuclear stress test on December 29th. The symptoms as of yesterday increased and I am not sure if I should be concerned and go to the ER
