I Am A 45yr Old Female, Suffer From Asthma And

I am a 45yr old female, suffer from asthma and hayfever but otherwise generally healthy. Over the last 12 months I have symptoms of hypertension and recent urine samples are positive for blood and protein. There is also polymorphs and erythrocytes identified on microscopy. Are these symptoms related or is there and underlying cause that should be investigated?
