I Am A 46 Year Old Dwarf And Have Currently

I am a 46 year old dwarf and have currently been laid of work for having to many partial seizures,am I entitled to claim benefits for being a dwarf,which I never have done in the past because I have worked for 29 years,but now I am struggling to pay the rent because of the less money I am getting now.With surredering my driving licence I now have to walk to a lot of places and take breaks because my left leg seizes up and goes numb....
