I Am A 46 Year Old Female Who Slipped On

I am a 46 year old female who slipped on a bottle of cleaner that spilled at my neighbor's house last night in their bathroom on tile that was put on top of cement...I experienced immediate pain on the left buttock that I fell on and I'm unable to lay on that side and every time I move the pain it's so bad and it jogged my spine and my left hip cannot be used...I'm not sure what I should do..or if anything can be done...
