I Am A 46 Year Old Woman. Day1, Sunday, My

I am a 46 year old woman. Day1, Sunday, my nipples were sore, it was uncomfortable putting on a snug t-shirt. Day 2, while taking a shower, my nipples were stinging with pain due to the soap and water. I use black soap which is made with natural products. Today is day 3, they are still tender, and I'm so afraid to get water on them in the shower. I'm not sure what this is? Help?
