I Am A 46 Yo Female And I Am Having

I am a 46 yo female and I am having a horrible time with dizziness, nausea, vomiting, feel kind of like I am on a spinning ride that only last for about 20 seconds or so. My coordination is horrible and was wondering if I could possibly have Vertigo and if I should go to the ER. Any advice would be helpful. I hate going to ER but am feeling really really out of sorts.
