I Am A 46 Yr Old Female Toward End Of

I am a 46 yr old female toward end of menstrual cycle. Sharp burning pain in right pelvic area, radiates from central right out toward hip. Hurts to move. Feels similar to previous experience with ovarian cyst. I also have chronic MRSA sores that appear in the belly and pelvic area, antibiotics don't work on them so I treat them successfully with a calendula/tea tree wound oil. Should I be concerned about appendicitis?
